Jeremy and I have decided to go with David Burgess with Drayden Design Group LLC out of Georgetown KY. We met and signed the contract on August 23,2014, and since then we have had regular contact back and forth with changes and updates.

*Design the structure to be in compliance with all applicable building codes.
*Provide design consultation for space planning, room layout, exterior materials, HVAC, window
and door size and placement, etc.
*Provide 3-dimensional computer renderings of interior and exterior space and structures.
*Provide design assistance and specifications on all selected materials and manufacturers.
*Provide construction documents for construction, bidding, and permitting. These documents will
consist of Exterior Elevations, Color 3-D computer renderings, 1st floor plan, 2nd floor plan,
electrical plan and building sections.
*Construction documents will be submitted on paper, 36"X 48" or 24"X 36" (8 sets) and 11"X 17" (2
sets) in size and in electronic format on CD-Rom if requested.
*Provide assistance to the client, inspectors and contractors concerning any modifications/ questions
during bidding and permitting for construction.
David stated that it would take around 4 to 6 weeks till we have the plans. So we are super excited that soon we will be able to get the building planning started.
